“We purchased the Auction Frogs Team Package to help us plan, organize and host our June 2016 gala event, Tuxes & Tails. The team at Auction Frogs helped set up and manage the event webpage and online auction site. Prior to the event, the Auction Frogs team was a phenomenal resource to PAWS. They shared lots of great planning ideas and event planning feedback in the weeks leading up to the event.
During the event, a local Auction Frogs business partner handled all of the administrative tasks on the night of the event. In the past, PAWS has strictly used volunteers to plan and manage this fundraising event. Our volunteers have been incredible, but having Auction Frogs there really helped streamline the registration and check-out process. “This is the second year we’ve used Auction Frogs for our online auction. I found Auction Frogs when I put out an ask to a list-service and someone responded recommending them. Because we were new at trying an online auction, their pricing structure was very appealing to us because we knew we were not going to have more than $10,000 worth of items to offer. Our first attempt in 2012 went quite well. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive.
When we decided to try again in 2013, we signed up again with Auction Frogs. We took advantage of being able to update the descriptions of items from 2012 to use them in 2013, so it was less work! We also added some new categories. We had more than 100 items this year. Some items that fit, were listed in two categories, so we were able to capture people who just looked in some categories and not at all our items. The number of our registered bidders also increased, maybe even doubled! And, we had some bidders who must be Auction Frogs regulars as we did not recognize them at all! A big bonus is the amazing reporting capabilities as it allows us to look at data six ways to Sunday!
In addition to the auction, this year we took advantage of Auction Frog’s ticket sales. It was very convenient to have everything in one place! The whole package from Auction Frogs is one I would not hesitate to recommend. We’re already thinking about 2014!”
