Hear what an Auction Tracker user is saying about Auction Frogs!

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012

Hi!
I not only act as the Auction Coordinator for Rainier Christian Schools, where my children have attended for 16 years now, but I’m also an Auction Event Planner. So, I deal with many auctions each year – in fact this week, there are three non-profits I’m doing events with. The school is running the online auction, a Rotary is holding their live auction tonight where I’m doing onsite work, and a live auction on Saturday night as the organization’s first auction event. I feel you should know that I’m an Onsite Consultant with Stokes Auction Group as well. So, I have used a few software programs for auctions. I am not an expert on software, but I am a user of software and know what I need it to do in order for me to assist my clients in getting their events organized which leads to success.

I by far prefer Auction Tracker. There are many reasons, but to simplify – you pay once for the software, their support is great, you can literally in 5 minutes move your items to the online auction and move the information back. Having helped organize over 30 auctions since 2000, I know that you’re going to find lots of ways things can be done for auctions, but I’ve never had a client go back who has opted for Auction Tracker and their new connection with Auction Frogs. Do I like this match up, yes, as I was priveledged enough to do the first test auction for these two companies with Rainier Christian Schools in 2009. Since I’m very familiar with auctions in general, I was allowed to give feedback and input. They always listen and answer my questions when I ask. Do I get everything done “my way”… no, but they explain the restrictions available if there are any and they let me know if it’s something they can work on in the future.

As far as experiences of the users, I’ve had no negative feedback in three auctions with Auction Tracker/Auction Frogs. We used another online auction service at the school district in 2006, I believe, and they charged a fee to register so you could bid. Auction Tracker/Auction Frogs does rather charge the organization a fee for the sales. Do I think one is better than the other? No. And I’ve never encouraged handling fees, though many organizations do so to cover these types of fees.

TO summarize, once you buy Auction Tracker, you have paid entirely for your software. We’ve ran A.T. since 2003 at Rainier Christian School and only paid $300, I think, when Northwest Software revamped the entire program a few years ago and we required an entire new software package. They didn’t make us spend another $1595 or $1795 or whatever it costs now to buy it again. They instead gave their current clients a rate that helped them cover their expenses of the program upgrade and our receiving new CD and stuff to upgrade.

You have my 100.5% support of Auction Tracker and Auction Frogs. Let me know if you want to ask further questions, but I have an event that I must get ready for.

Thank you!!!
Kristine

Learn what bidders are saying about Auction Frogs

Friday, January 13th, 2012

“I am a big fan of Auction Frogs! I first became a bidder when Idaho AEYC, the non-profit organization I work for, used Auction Frogs for its fundraiser. I soon discovered that I could support non-profits I believe in by participating in their online auctions as well. Even if I didn’t win an item, my bid helped the organization raise more money.
I appreciate the emails Auction Frogs sends, letting me know when I’ve been overbid on an item or reminding me that a particular auction will soon be ending. I have won many great items, met very nice people when I picked up those items from the various organizations and had lots of fun participating in the auctions besides!”

Auction Frogs user enjoys bidding from the comfort of home

Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011

I have been a bidder/buyer using auction frogs for a couple of years now.  I have enjoyed being able to bid/shop from the comfort of my home and being able to have the convince of auction frogs at my fingertips when ever I want.

I have “won” several times, with different auctions and have never had any form of problem.  The website sends you a message saying you were highest bidder and what to do next.  It also lets you know if you’re not the highest bidder any longer, so you can bid higher if that’s what you choose to do.  I have found Auction Frogs to be one of the easiest websites to navigate.

I truly enjoy looking and bidding on auction frogs because I help non-profit organizations when I buy the items and I get some really great deals.  I feel Auction Frogs supplies a needed fundraising tool for organizations and the public.

Thanks, Shannon C.

Friends In Action 2009 Online Auction

Auction Frogs is the coolest thing to happen to fundraising in a very long time! Auction Frogs online auction system is easy and fun to use for the bidders, provides much more exposure for the donators and raises more money for the beneficiary than any traditional auction I’ve experienced. Kristi and her staff are obviously dedicated to the success of their clients and were there to answer questions or provide guidance at any time throughout the process. I highly recommend Auction Frogs as a technology backbone to a successful fundraising experience!

Compass Charter School raised double with Auction Frogs

Compass Charter School 2009 Online Auction

AuctionFrogs on line auction was a great way to earn funds for our school. We raised more than double the money with this auction versus our live auction which had more items the previous year. The online auction was easier to do with less hours involved vs. the live auction. This was a great way for people to have fun and get useful items while supporting our school. Thank You AuctionFrogs! Janice Christensen PFA Vice-President for Compass Public Charter School.

We are a small school with modest goals in our fundraising efforts. Utilizing Auction Frogs to raise funds for our school playground turned out to be an unexpected blessing. With excellent step by step instruction, a little work, unparalleled site support, our auction efforts more than tripled our expectations. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Auction Frogs. Our playground will be up and going in time for the 2010 new year!

We had a great experience with Auction Frogs from start to finish. It was the first time our school did an on-line auction and it was a great success, and a ton of fun! The staff support was excellent, the site was easy to navigate for our bidders and it was easy to manage the site as the administrator. Thanks!
