Pricing

No upfront fees, no design fees, no contract or support fees. Auction Frogs Service Fees are based on a small percentage of the online auction revenue. There are many added values with no hidden fees.

Pricing and Payment Terms (as taken directly from the Online Benefit Auction Service Agreement) End-User will compensate Auction Frogs for the Auction Services according to the following payment schedule:

Sliding Scale Percentage Compensation Model:

• Eleven percent (11%) of Gross Online Benefit Auction Revenue up to US $25,000 (subject to a min. fee of $450.00, if greater), plus
• Seven percent (7%) of Gross Online Benefit Auction Revenue from $25,001 and up to $45,000, plus
• Four percent (4%) of Gross Online Benefit Auction Revenue from $45,001 and up to $65,000, plus
• One percent (1%) of Gross Online Benefit Auction Revenue above $65,000

Gross Online Benefit Auction Revenue is defined as the highest bid or sale amount in connection with any of the items listed in the Online Benefit Auction at the close of the auction event with the exception of sales taxes and shipping charges.

Amounts contributed to End-User as contributions, highest bid or sale amounts made through use of the following options set fourth on the Online Benefit Auction Website are not considered in the compensation model:

• Fund a Need- cash contributions or pledges
• Gala event tickets through Ticket Sales
• Preview Items
• Sponsorship Sales by End-User for Advertising
• Revenue from the Frog Pond^™ Consignment Catalog

Other exceptions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
