Service Agreement & Intake Form

The first step in hosting a fundraiser with Auction Frogs is to fill out our Service Agreement & Intake Form. This will allow us to gather all the information we need—such as Organization Name, Tax ID, Event Theme, Fundraising Goal, etc.—to build your event in our web-app.

Site Setup & Design

Once we have your signed Service Agreement & Intake Form, our team will get to work building your account and designing your fundraising site to match your unique branding.

If you did not submit design elements on your Intake Form submission—such as a logo, Save the Date or Invitation, or brand guidelines—we encourage you to do so by emailing them directly to design@auctionfrogs.org. The more you are able to give us to work with, the better we are able to brand your fundraiser to your organization!
