The idea for Netcamps grew from Chris Chattin.s experience working on the football operations staff at Boise State University. In the planning and execution phases of the organization.s summer football camp program, Chattin noticed several inefficiencies in the registration and payment process.
The business side of running a camp requires a tremendous amount of time from the coaches and ops staff involved. Recognizing time is perhaps the most precious of commodities for these individuals, Chattin developed Netcamps as a resource to help alleviate that burden. Utilizing Netcamps, camp directors can automate the signup and payment process, consolidate registration and accounting information into an easily searchable and sort able database, accept payment online and track everything in real time.
The time saved is significant as are the reduction in administrative headaches and paperwork. Netcamps allows camp directors can focus on what they do best . operating an excellent camp.
The introduction between Netcamps and Auction Frogs came from the Idaho Small Business Development Center. The mentors had previously worked with Kristi Saucerman (Auction Frogs. Founder) and recognized similarities between our business models. Since that initial introduction, Kristi has become a wonderful advisor and mentor to Netcamps. leadership team.
As we shared and learned more about our businesses, we realized an important connection. Several Netcamps clients engage in fundraising activities in addition to running camps, and the same is true of Auction Frogs. clients. So, it became a natural referral partnership.
Netcamps looks forward to continuing to offer camp solutions to Auction Frogs clients and being an affordable resource that helps you do what you do best!
